We begin in the brain’s theta wave state - the natural phase your mind enters right before sleep. It’s calm, open, and free from mental clutter. The ego softens here, allowing your imagination to come through more clearly.

2. Rebuild Your Imagination

Instead of recycling what you’ve already seen, you begin to imagine new things - possibilities that feel deeply aligned with who you are and what you want. This is where we move from mimicking others to creating for ourselves.

3. Feel It in the Body

You allow those imagined experiences to connect with physical emotion: peace, joy, safety, excitement. When your nervous system feels the vision, your mind starts to believe it’s possible.

4. The Power of the F*ck It

I teach about the art of receiving - a crucial part in manifestation. Once you’ve imagined your manifestation, you have to be ready to let it go in order to receive it.

5. Let It Integrate

Let your imagined reality integrate with your current reality. The more often you do this, the more you create lasting shifts in your thoughts, behaviors, and sense of what you’re capable of receiving.
